reasonable experience overall

good sizeroomrestful nightexperiencehelpful staffsingle glazedwindowbathroom doordamp patches
the room was a good size. the bed, a double ensuite, ensured a restful night. i found bottled water and biscuits in my room, a welcome touch after my travels. the staff were helpful when i needed directions (i always get turned around!).
My room had single glazed windows. this meant some noise from the bar below did filter through. the bathroom door was a bit tricky. It didn't want to shut properly. i also noticed some damp patches on the walls and ceiling (a bit concerning, honestly).
